Application Fee of $200.00 is non-refundable. It includes the Board Certification Handbook ($50) and prepaid Application Fee ($150).

To prevent delays in your board certification get your handbook and application after Class 600, Finish your Certification project (part of Class 600) fill out your application forms and mail them in after you finish Class 1200. If everything is in order you will receive your board certification 6-12 weeks after you finish Class 1200.
